2022 Miss SAKE 兵庫 清洲理子です。

6/12、兵庫県多可郡多可町にある「登紀子の田んぼ」にて山田錦の田植えイベントが行われ、2022 Miss SAKE 兵庫大会実行委員会（日本テクノロジーソリューション株式会社）代表取締役社長 岡田 耕治様、尾上様同行の元、参加させていただきましたことをご報告いたします。

その生誕の地である兵庫県多可町様は、豊かな自然と播州百日どりをはじめとする食文化、杉原紙や播州織の伝統工芸など、あらゆる観光資源に恵まれており、令和4年5月に兵庫県内の町では初めてSDGs未来都市に選定されました。

土に包まれ癒される

昨年度は残念ながら開催することができなかった当イベントですが、今年度は前日の雨が嘘のような晴天に恵まれ、無事に開催することができました！

久しぶりの村の行事に心を弾ませるお子様たちや地域の方々の笑顔を見ながら、田植えをする女性が着る伝統的な早乙女衣装に身を包み、五穀豊穣・安全を願う神事へ参加、そしてご挨拶をさせていただいたのち、田植えへと移りました！

粘土質の田に素足を入れると、土がゆっくりと私を包み込み、田植えを終える頃には充実感に心が満たされていました。

腰を曲げ、ひとつひとつ手植えしながら想いを馳せるのは、技術が進歩していなかった先人の時代。今でも機械を使えないところは手植えをしているのだそうです。

山田錦の米粉を使用した焼きドーナツをお土産に頂きました！ほのかなお米の甘みを感じるとても優しいドーナツで、田植え後の体に染みて美味しくいただきました。

田植えから始まり日本酒となって私に届くまで、沢山の人々のお仕事が重なっていることや、お米が実るのは当たり前ではないということを、田植えを通して学ぶことができました。

アンバサダーとは、人々の声を大きくして多くの方々へお伝えするメガホンのような存在だと思っています。

そのような存在として、身をもって体感することは必須だと考えています。今回体験させていただいたことをしっかりと活かして、アンバサダーとしての務めを果たしたいと思います！

2022 Miss SAKE Hyogo joined to the Yamada Nishiki rice planting event held in Taka town, Hyogo.

Hello everyone. This is Rico Kiyosu, 2022 Miss SAKE Hyogo. I participated in the Yamada Nishiki rice planting event at “Tokiko’s rice field” in Taka town, Hyogo on 12 June, accompanied by Mr.Koji Okada, CEO of the 2022 Miss SAKE Hyogo Congress Executive Committee (Nippon Technology Solution Co., Ltd), and Ms.Onoe.

Yamada-Nishiki is known as the king of sake rice and surprisingly, Taka town is the birthplace of Yamada-Nishiki whereis blessed with rich nature and culture including.

Banshu Hyakunichi chicken, traditional crafts of Sugihara-gami and Banshu-ori are rich resources for tourism and was the first town in Hyogo Prefecture to be selected as a SDGs Future City (designated in May,2022)

Selected by the Japanese Government as a city or region with high potential for sustainable development in the three aspects -economy, society and environment- from among cities and regions that are promoting along with the SDGs principles.

Unfortunately we couldn’t hold this event last year, but this year we were blessed with perfect weather that made the rain of the previous day seem like a lie!!

Seeing the smiling faces of the children and local residents, who were excited to participate in their village events for the first time in two years, were pleased.

We dressed up in the traditional Saotome costume, which means the female who planted the rice, participated in the ritual to pray for a safe and good harvest, and we moved on to rice planting after I greeted the participants! When I put my bare feet into the clay field, the soil slowly wrapped me and my heart was filled with fulfillment.

By bending my back, I thought about the days of my predecessors. It must be so hard to plant rice by hand when technology had not advanced. Even today, they still plant by hand in areas where machines can’t be used.

“Sake can’t be brewed without rice.” 

Through rice planting, I learnt that a lot of people’s work is involved from the planting of the rice fields until the rice reaches me as sake, and we never should take for granted for everything. I believe nothing can be more than experiencing. It’s quite important to convey the charm to the world as an ambassador!

Last but not least, I appreciate the people of Taka town for organising this event and giving us a warm welcome. May prosperity continue to the future of Taka town.
