皆さま、こんにちは。2022 Miss SAKE 福岡 白石萌莉です。
3月27日、第二回ナデシコプログラムに参加してまいりましたので、ご報告をさせていただきます。
本記事では、以下内容についてご紹介させていただきます！

着付け講座
MissSAKEの活動の公式ユニフォームは、振袖。
ファイナリストの活動では「振袖の自装ができること」が必須事項となっております。
わたし自身、学生時代に武道を続けており、毎日剣道着や弓道着を着ていたため和装が好きだったことと、お着物も（自装はできないものの）大好きだったこともあり、「自分1人でもお着物を着付けることができるようになるぞ！」と、こちらの講座を楽しみにしておりました。
勿論講座の中で着付けの方法は教えていただいたのですが、何よりも印象深かったのは「ただ着物を着るだけでは着付けは完成しない」という本質を、着付け講師の前井先生から学んだことです。
お礼をする際は相手の目をしっかりと見ながら言葉を伝え、背中が見えないよう体を折り畳んで美しいお辞儀を意識すること。
着物を着る際は、着る姿も美しくいられるように、事前に使用するものを側に取りやすい位置に置いておき、着物の羽織り方すらも意識すること。
着物をただきちんと着れていればそれでいいのかというと決してそんなことはなく、
着る過程も、その後も美しくあって初めて「着付け」なのだと、そんな奥深さを学ばせていただきました。
前井先生のお着物姿がお美しいのは、その着付けの素晴らしさのみならず、立ち居振る舞いや発せられるお言葉全てで構成されているのだと感じます。そんな素敵な女性を目指して、お着物を着付けることができるよう、精進いたします。
着物美人必須！和髪のつくり方講座
着物を着るにあたって欠かせない和髪。
2014 Miss SAKE 森田真衣さんに、美しい和髪の作り方を教えていただきました。
「どうしたらそんなに艶やかな黒髪になれるのですか！？」と驚いてしまうほど、美しい黒髪の持ち主である真衣さん。
そんな真衣さんの御髪がくるくるとまとめられていくのはさながら職人芸のようで圧巻でした。
そんな和髪のつくり方をグラフィックレコーディングでまとめてみたので、皆さんも是非和髪づくりに挑戦してみてくださいね！
着物美人必須！和髪のつくり方講座
振袖の着付けにせよ、和髪にせよ、大事なのは練習。
私事ではありますが、数年前、尊敬する職場の上司に「できないのではなく、知らないだけ」という言葉を頂きました。
この言葉を思い返しては前に進む原動力にしているのですが、真理だなと常々感じております。
「できないのではなく、知らないだけ。」
着付けも和髪も、やればやるほど今日よりも明日、明日より明後日とより美しく仕上げることができると信じ、練習あるのみです！
SNS・Webリテラシー講座
事務局長 中村信次郎様より、SNSの活用法について学びました。
上手く付き合うことができれば世の中と繋がることができ、伝えたい情報を伝えることができる強い味方。
一方、使い方を間違えるとトラブルに巻き込まれることも。
このお時間ではそもそものマーケティングファネルから、各メディアの特徴（フロー型/ストック型）、具体的なTIPSまで…中村様のノウハウを余すことなく伝授いただきました。
私自身、この活動を始めてからMissSAKEとしてのInstagramアカウントを作成したのですが、氏名を公開して公のアカウントを運用するのは今回が初めて。
Instagramを通して、大好きな日本酒の魅力やMissSAKEの活動を知っていただけるよう、どんな内容であればより皆さまに伝えることができるのかを試行錯誤してまいりたいと思います。

あっという間に終わってしまった第二回ナデシコプログラム。次の講座までに着付け・和髪の自主練習を行い、また、SNSとも上手に付き合いながら、大和撫子に近付けるよう頑張ります。

Hello everyone, my name is Moeri Shiraishi, 2022 Miss SAKE Fukuoka.
I would like to report on my recent participation in the second Nadeshiko Programme.
In this article, I would like to introduce the following contents!
- ‘Kimono dressing course’ – Masami Maei, Kimono dressing instructor, and Mai Morita, 2014 Miss SAKE
- ‘Japanese hair course’ – Mai Morita, 2014 Miss SAKE
- ‘SNS and web literacy use’ – Shinjiro Nakamura, Secretary General
## Kimono dressing courses
The official uniform for MissSAKE activities is Furisode(Long-sleeved kimono).
The ability to wear Furisode by oneself is a requirement for the finalists’ activities.
I loved Japanese kimonos because I used to do martial arts and wore kendo and kyudo outfits every day, and I also loved kimonos (although I couldn’t wear them myself…). I was looking forward to this course.
Though, we were taught how to dress kimono ourselves during the course, What impressed me most of all was the essence that “simply wearing a kimono is not enough to complete the dressing process”.
When thanking someone for their kindness, look them in the eye while delivering your words, fold your body so that their back is not visible, and be aware of the beautiful bow you are making.
When putting on a kimono, place the items to be used in an easy-to-access position and be aware of even how to put on the kimono, so that you can also look beautiful when wearing it.
It is never enough just to wear a kimono properly, but it is also important to be aware of how to put it on.
I learnt the depths of the art of dressing kimono, and that it is only beautiful when the process of putting it on and afterwards is also beautiful.
I feel that the beauty of the teacher is not only due to the excellence of her dressing, but also to the way she behaves and all the words she utters. I will devote myself to becoming such a beautiful woman and to be able to wear kimono.
## Japanese hair class
Japanese hair is an essential part of wearing a kimono. Mai Morita, 2014 Miss SAKE, taught us how to create beautiful Japanese hair.
“How can you have such lustrous black hair?” She has such beautiful black hair that she is surprised to see it.
The way her hair was curled into a bun was like a master craftsman’s art.
I’ve challenged to create a graphic recording of how to make such Japanese hair, so you can all try your hand at making your own!
Whether it is wearing a furisode or Japanese hair, the important thing is practice.
On a personal note, a few years ago, my boss at work, whom I respected, told me, “It’s not that you can’t do it, you just don’t know how”.
I think back on these words and use them as a driving force to move forward, and I always feel that they are a truth.
“It’s not that I can’t, I just don’t know.”
I believe that the more I practise, the more beautiful I will be tomorrow than today, and the day after tomorrow than the day after tomorrow, in both dressing and Japanese hair.
## SNS and web literacy courses
The participants learnt about the use of social networking sites from Shinjiro Nakamura, Secretary General.
If you get on well with it, it is a strong ally that allows you to connect with the world and convey the information you want to communicate.
On the other hand, if used incorrectly, it can get you into trouble.
In this session, he gave us all his know-how, from the marketing funnel to the characteristics of each media (flow type/stock type) to specific tips.
I created an Instagram account as MissSAKE after starting this activity, but this is the first time I have operated a public account with my name open to the public.
Through Instagram, I would like to try and find out what kind of content I can convey to people so that they can learn about the charm of the sake I love and the activities of MissSAKE.

The second Nadeshiko programme ended in a flash. I will practice dressing and Japanese hair on my own before the next course, and I will also do my best to get closer to Yamato Nadeshiko by getting along well with social networking sites.
