Hello, everyone! I’m 2025 Miss SAKE Philippines, Sayuri Murayama.
On June 16, 2025, I had the opportunity to visit and meet with the Philippine Ambassador to Japan at the Embassy of the Philippines. I was warmly welcomed, and we had a meaningful conversation about strengthening the connection between the Philippines and Japan.
I had the honor of speaking with Her Excellency Ms. Mylene J. Garcia-Albano, the Philippine Ambassador, and one of the key points we discussed was the upcoming celebration in 2026 — marking 70 years of formal diplomatic relations between our two nations.
Hoping to build a strong relationship with the Filipino community here in Japan, and looking forward to more helpful projects and meaningful events in the near future.

皆様こんにちは。2025 Miss SAKE Philippinesの村山さゆりです。
2025年6月16日、在日フィリピン大使館を訪問し、駐日フィリピン大使 マイリーン・J・ガルシア＝アルバノ閣下とお会いするという貴重な機会をいただきました。
大使はとても温かく迎えてくださり、両国のこれからの関係について、心のこもったお話を交わさせていただきました。特に印象的だったのは、2026年に迎えるフィリピンと日本の外交関係樹立70周年に向けての展望について。節目の年に向けて、私自身も何か力になれたらと、改めて気持ちを引き締めました。
