7月4日（金）、「石川県酒造組合連合会」さまに、2024 Miss SAKE Japan 南侑里とともに表敬訪問させていただきました。
石川県酒造組合連合会 会長であり、株式会社車多酒造 代表取締役の車多一成さまには、2025 Miss SAKE Japan 就任のご報告をさせていただき、石川県の日本酒の現状や今後の展望について貴重なお話を伺いました。
車多酒造さまは、石川県白山市にて1823年に創業された老舗酒蔵で、代表銘柄「天狗舞」や「五凛」で全国に名を馳せています。Miss SAKEでも、5月31日〜6月1日に行われた「2025 Miss SAKE ナデシコプログラム合宿」にて、酒蔵見学と講話の機会をいただき、大変お世話になりました。
石川県酒造組合は、県内33蔵が加盟する団体で、金沢・白山・加賀・七尾・鳳珠の5つの地域にある酒造組合を統括し、石川の日本酒文化の発展と普及に力を注いでいます。特に2024年に発生した能登半島地震では、能登の酒蔵11蔵が全壊・半壊などの深刻な被害を受け、現在も3蔵のみが復旧している状況です。石川県酒造組合連合会では、被災した能登の蔵元への支援を迅速に行い、醪（もろみ）の救出や共同醸造、義援金の募集を通じて復興に尽力されました。さらに、18蔵が協力して発売した復興応援酒「つなぐ石川の酒」では、売上の一部を被災蔵元の支援に充てるなど、蔵元の垣根を越えた強い結束力で地域再生に貢献されています。
今回の訪問を通じて、美食・文化・学問が息づく石川県の奥深い魅力を改めて感じるとともに、能登半島地震による被害の大きさと、その中でも力強く歩みを進める蔵元の皆さまの姿に深い感銘を受けました。今後、Miss SAKEとして、石川県の日本酒とともに、この地の文化や復興への思いを広く発信してまいります。

[Brief summary in English]Hello everyone, this is Chisato Tateno, 2025 Miss SAKE Japan.
On Friday, July 4th, I had the honor of paying a courtesy visit to the Ishikawa Prefecture Sake Brewers Association together with Yuri Minami, 2024 Miss SAKE Japan.
We reported my appointment as 2025 Miss SAKE Japan to Mr. Kazunari Kurumada, President of Kurumada Shuzo Co., Ltd. and Chairman of the association, and had the opportunity to hear valuable insights about the current state of sake in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Kurumada Shuzo, founded in 1823 and located in Hakusan City, is a historic sake brewery widely known for its renowned brands “Tengumai” and “Gorin.” We also had the pleasure of visiting their brewery and attending a lecture during the recent Miss SAKE Nadeshiko Program retreat.
The Ishikawa Prefecture Sake Brewers Association, consisting of 33 member breweries, plays a vital role in promoting the region’s sake culture. In particular, after the Noto Peninsula earthquake in 2024, they swiftly supported affected breweries and continue their efforts through the release of the recovery sake, “Tsunagu Ishikawa no Sake.”
Through this visit, I was deeply moved by the charm of Ishikawa and the strong determination of the local brewers working towards recovery. I will continue to share the beauty of Ishikawa’s sake and culture with the world.
