【ツーリズムEXPOジャパン 2025】

9月26日、中部国際空港直結の愛知県国際展示場（Aichi Sky Expo）にて開催された「ツーリズムEXPOジャパン 2025」に参加いたしました。本イベントは、国内外の観光産業関係者が一堂に集まり、観光の未来や地域資源の魅力を発信する、日本最大級の観光イベントです。これまで東京や大阪で開催されてきた本イベントが、今年初めて愛知県で開催されたことは、地域にとっても大きな意味を持ち、地元の魅力を広く発信する絶好の機会となりました。
Hello, this is Nozomi Saito, 2025 Miss SAKE Aichi.
On September 26, I had the honor of participating in Tourism EXPO Japan 2025, held at Aichi Sky Expo, directly connected to Chubu Centrair International Airport. This event is one of the largest tourism fairs in Japan, where industry professionals from both Japan and abroad gather to share the future of tourism and promote the appeal of regional resources. This year, for the very first time, the EXPO was held in Aichi Prefecture. For the region, this milestone carried great significance and provided an exceptional opportunity to showcase local attractions on a national and global stage.
午前中は「日本酒蔵ツーリズム」のブースにて活動させていただきました。業界関係者の皆さまに対して、日本酒蔵ツーリズムの取り組みについてご説明し、Miss SAKE の活動についてもお話をさせていただきました。さらに、日本酒の試飲をご提供しながら交流を深め、日本酒が観光資源として持つ可能性や、今後の地域振興へのつながりについて幅広い視点から意見交換を行うことができました。
In the morning, I took part in activities at the “Sakagura Tourism” booth. There, I spoke with industry professionals about the initiatives of Sakagura Tourism and introduced the activities of Miss SAKE. In addition, I offered sake tastings to guests, creating opportunities for dialogue and exchanging diverse perspectives on how sake can serve as a tourism resource and contribute to regional revitalization in the future.
午後からは、日本酒蔵ツーリズム推進協議会（事務局：公益社団法人日本観光振興協会）の皆さまによるセッションを拝聴しました。ここでは、2024年12月に「日本の伝統的酒造り」がユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録されたことをはじめ、日本酒の国際的な評価や、酒蔵が地域経済・文化に果たしてきた役割について学ぶことができました。観光と日本酒の親和性、地域ブランドとしての強み、そして酒蔵のストーリーがツーリズムの魅力を高めることなど、数多くの示唆を得ました。
In the afternoon, I attended a session organized by the Sakagura Tourism Promotion Council (Secretariat: Japan Travel and Tourism Association). The session provided valuable insights into the international recognition of sake, including the registration of “Traditional Japanese Sake Brewing” as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in December 2024, as well as the role of sake breweries in supporting local economies and communities. The discussions highlighted the affinity between tourism and sake, the strength of regional branding, and the importance of brewery stories in enriching tourism programs.
さらに、京都市の佐々木酒造さまからは歴史ある街歩きと酒蔵見学を組み合わせた取り組みについて、沖縄県酒造組合さまからは琉球泡盛を中心にした観光プログラムの展開についてご紹介がありました。いずれも地域ならではの資源を最大限に生かした実践であり、酒蔵ツーリズムの可能性を強く感じさせていただきました。
Furthermore, there were inspiring case studies presented by Sasaki Shuzo in Kyoto, which integrates historical walking tours with brewery visits, and the Okinawa Sake Brewers Association, which develops tourism programs centered on Awamori. Both initiatives demonstrated how local resources can be leveraged to create unique and engaging experiences, further underscoring the potential of Sakagura Tourism.
また、会場内では愛知県内各市町村をはじめとする多くのブースにお邪魔し、Miss SAKE 愛知としての活動についてお話させていただくとともに、各自治体の観光資源や地域振興の取り組みについて直接伺うことができました。加えて、2025 Miss SAKE 愛知大会のスポンサーである中部国際空港旅客サービス株式会社のブースにも訪問し、日頃のご支援への感謝をお伝えすることができました。そして、「白老」を手がける愛知県の澤田酒造の澤田さまが日本酒蔵ツーリズムのブースに駆けつけてくださり、念願のご挨拶をさせていただくことができました。地元を代表する酒蔵の方に直接お会いできたことは、大変光栄であり、Miss SAKE 愛知として活動を続けていく上で大きな励みとなりました。
I also visited many booths representing municipalities across Aichi Prefecture, where I was able to share my activities as Miss SAKE Aichi and learn firsthand about each community’s tourism resources and revitalization efforts. In addition, I had the privilege of visiting the booth of Chubu Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd., a proud sponsor of the 2025 Miss SAKE Aichi competition, where I was able to express my gratitude for their continued support. To my delight, Ms. Sawada of Sawada Shuzo, the brewery behind the renowned “Hakuro” label, kindly came to the Sakagura Tourism booth, giving me the long-awaited opportunity to greet him in person. Being able to directly meet a representative of a distinguished Aichi brewery was both an honor and a great encouragement for me in my role as Miss SAKE Aichi.
今回のツーリズムEXPOジャパンへの参加を通じ、日本酒が飲み物としての価値にとどまらず、自然・文化・歴史・人々の営みを伝える存在であることを改めて実感しました。そして、それを観光と結びつけることで新しい体験や地域活性化へとつながることを強く感じました。今後も Miss SAKE 愛知として、愛知の日本酒と地域の魅力を広く発信し、地域と世界をつなぐ架け橋となれるよう努めてまいります。
Through my participation in Tourism EXPO Japan, I was once again reminded that sake is not merely an alcoholic beverage, but a vessel of nature, culture, history, and the lives of the people who sustain it. By connecting sake with tourism, we can create new experiences and pathways for regional revitalization. As Miss SAKE Aichi, I am committed to continuing to share the appeal of Aichi’s sake and the region’s rich culture with Japan and the world, serving as a bridge that connects local traditions to global audiences.
最後になりましたが、このような貴重な機会をくださったツーリズムEXPOジャパンの関係者の皆さま、「日本酒蔵ツーリズム」ブースでご一緒させていただいた皆さま、そして温かく迎えてくださった各自治体・企業・酒蔵の皆さまに、心より御礼申し上げます。
