8月上旬、日本コンベンションサービス株式会社様の貸し会議室である日比谷スカイカンファレンスに訪問をさせていただきました。
日本コンベンションサービス社とは？
この度、お世話になった日本コンベンションサービス様についてご紹介いたします。
日本コンベンションサービス様は、1967年に創立され、国内初のコンベンション運営会社としての歴史を持っています。国際会議や学術集会の企画・運営・事務局代行から、通訳や人材派遣、行政事務、施設運営まで、コミュニケーション全般に関わる幅広い事業を展開しています。また、まちづくりに関わる行政・自治体の課題解決もなさっており、先日私も参加した「八王子たま未来メッセフェスタ」の主催を含め、様々なイベントを支えて下さっています。

日比谷スカイカンファレンスの魅力
この日は、八王子たま未来メッセフェスタでもお世話になりました吉野健太様にご紹介いただきました。
日比谷スカイカンファレンスは、東京都港区西新橋一丁目の、日比谷フォートタワー11階にございます日本コンベンションサービス社が提供なさっている会議施設です。この施設は、セミナーや懇親会、研修会から採用イベント、少人数の会議に至るまで、多様な用途で利用できます。
特に、天井高4.2mの広々とした空間と南側の大きな窓ガラスから差し込む自然光が特徴で、開放感あふれる雰囲気が漂っていました。
私自身も実際に日比谷スカイカンファレンスにて、お話をしながら、東京の美しい景色を一望する贅沢な体験をさせていただきました。都心にありながら、自然の光や風景を感じながらイベントを行うことができるのは、イベントの参加者の方にとっても心地よい環境だなと感じました。
講義台にはマイクのONOFFや、投影資料の操作も直感的なUIでできているタッチパネルがあり、最新鋭の設備が搭載されておりました。また、会議室につながるミーティングルームもあり、控室や懇親会のバックヤードとしても利用ができるそうです。

2023 Miss SAKE Kotoko Yamada visited Hibiya Sky Conference provided by Japan Convention Services

I am Miss SAKE 2023, Kotoko Yamada.
In early August, I had the privilege of visiting the Hibiya Sky Conference, a rental conference room facility in Tokyo provided by Japan Convention Services Corporation.
About Japan Convention Services Corporation
Japan Convention Services Corporation, established in 1967, Japan Convention Services Corporation holds the distinction of being the first convention operation company in Japan. They engage in a wide range of activities related to communication, from planning, operating, and managing international conferences and academic gatherings to offering interpretation services, human resource deployment, administrative support, and facility management. Additionally, they are also involved in addressing challenges faced by local governments and communities in urban planning. Recently, they supported events such as the “Hachioji Tama Mirai Messe Festa,” in which I participated as well.

The Charms of Hibiya Sky Conference
During my visit, I was introduced to Hibiya Sky Conference by Mr. Keita Yoshino, who was also instrumental in the Hachioji Tama Mirai Messe Festa.
Hibiya Sky Conference is located on the 11th floor of Hibiya Fort Tower in Nishi-Shinbashi 1-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo. This conference facility is provided by Japan Convention Services Corporation. The venue is suitable for various purposes, ranging from seminars, networking events, and training sessions to recruitment events and small-scale meetings.
Particularly noteworthy are its high ceilings of 4.2 meters and large windows on the southern side that allow abundant natural light to fill the space, creating an open and inviting ambiance.
I personally had the privilege of experiencing Hibiya Sky Conference, where I had the chance to give a talk while gazing at the breathtaking view of Tokyo. It struck me how attendees could enjoy a comfortable environment that harmoniously blends the city center’s convenience with the beauty of natural light and scenery.
The room had intuitive touch panel with controls for microphone on/off and projection materials, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Additionally, there are adjoining meeting rooms connected to the conference room, which can be used as preparation areas or backdrops for networking sessions.
I encourage all of you to consider visiting Hibiya Sky Conference, where you can enjoy a sense of openness and beautiful scenery within the heart of the city.
