皆さま、こんにちは。2025 Miss SAKE Japan 館農知里です。7月3日（木）、AP虎ノ門にて開催された「日本酒蔵ツーリズム推進協議会」に参加させていただきました。
日本酒蔵ツーリズム推進協議会は、日本酒を通じた地域活性化と観光振興を目的に、全国の酒蔵や関連団体とともに連携し、研修・調査・プロモーションといった各事業を行うことで、日本酒文化の魅力発信と地域への誘客を促進する団体です。今回は、令和七年度総会が開催され、前年度の事業報告や会員紹介などが執り行われました。
その後、泉橋酒造橋場友一さまにより「米作りからの酒造りと酒蔵ツーリズム」と題する特別講義を開講していただきました。泉橋酒造は、「いづみ橋」や「とんぼラベル」などの銘柄で知られる、神奈川県海老名市にある江戸時代から続く老舗酒蔵です。「酒造りは米作りから」を信条に、酒米の栽培から精米・醸造まで一貫して手がける全国でも稀有な「栽培醸造蔵」として高い評価を受けています。
今回の講義では、江戸時代から続き、戦争も乗り越えてきた酒蔵の歴史を踏まえつつ、酒造りへの熱い想いを学ばせていただきました。中でも印象的だったのは、酒造りにとどまらない革新的な取り組みの数々です。ドローンを活用した酒米の管理システムの導入、酒米を使ったピザなども楽しめる直売店「酒友館」の運営、さらには原料米の研究を行う「さがみ酒米研究会」の設立など、多分野にわたる挑戦に心から感銘を受けました。こうした活動の原動力として印象に残っているのが、「未来へつながる地域づくり」という価値観です。土地や自然は、世代を超えて受け継がれる大切な財産。過去からの恩恵を大切に守りながら、時代に合わせて新しい魅力を育てていく。そんな泉橋酒造の姿勢に、深い感動を覚えました。
今回の参加を通して、私はあらためて「日本酒は単なる嗜好品ではなく、地域の文化そのものであり、未来を育む力がある」ということを実感しました。酒蔵を訪ねることは、土地の歴史や人々の営みを知る旅でもあります。これからも、こうした酒蔵ツーリズムの魅力を多くの方々にお伝えし、日本酒を通じた地域の絆と、文化の継承に貢献してまいりたいと思います。

[Brief summary in English]Hello everyone, this is Chisato Tateno, 2025 Miss SAKE Japan.
On July 3rd, I participated in the Japan Sake Brewery Tourism Promotion Council held at AP Toranomon. This council, which brings together sake breweries and related organizations from across the country, aims to revitalize local communities through sake. During the general meeting, business reports and introductions of new members were conducted.
In a special lecture, Mr. Tomokazu Hashiba of Izumibashi Sake Brewery, a long-established brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture, shared about their history dating back to the Edo period and their approach as a “cultivation-brewing brewery” that handles everything from sake rice cultivation to brewing. I was particularly impressed by their diverse initiatives involving the community, such as managing sake rice fields using drone technology, operating a direct sales store where visitors can enjoy sake rice pizza, and organizing a research group.
Through the brewery’s commitment to “building a community for the future,” I once again realized that sake is a symbol of regional culture and holds the power to nurture the future. Moving forward, I will continue to promote the appeal of local regions through sake.
