皆様、こんにちは。
2019 Miss SAKE 準グランプリの塚原菜実香です。

1月26日、都内某所にて第5回ナデシコプログラムが行われ、私も参加して参りました。

第5回ナデシコプログラムでは、着付け講師 前井雅美様による着付け講座、株式会社コーポ・サチ代表取締役 平出淑恵様による「SAKEから観光立国」講座、2016 Miss SAKE 田中沙百合さんによる『「道」について』の講座が行われました。

着付け講座では、これまでの着付け講座の総復習として、ファイナリストの皆様がご自身で一から自装していました。このナデシコプログラムで「振袖の自装」を初めて経験する方が殆どの中、皆様比較的スムーズに着付けを行っておりました。

振袖の自装は手順が多いため最初のうちは混乱してしまうこともあるのですが、分からないところは皆様で教え合ったり、メモや写真をとったりと、ファイナリストの皆様の一所懸命な姿勢を感じさせていただきました。

ナデシコプログラムでの着付け講座はこの回で終了となりますが、Miss SAKEとして、振袖を自装する機会が増えるのは3月の最終選考会以降となります。その時に、慌てず美しく振袖を着られるようになれるよう、皆様には練習を重ねていただきたいと存じます。

第2講では、平出淑恵様による「SAKEから観光立国」の講座を受講させていただきました。平出様がお仕事で多くの国を訪れられた中で、日本酒の国際化が「地方ブランド化」に繋がると気づかれてから、平出様のご尽力により、WSETにSAKEコースが創設されるまでのお話をうかがいいました。

平出様は、著名なワインブランドのワイン畑に人が集まるのと同様、各土地のお米やお水を使って醸される日本酒にも、その土地に人を集める力が秘められていると考えられました。ロンドンに本部を置く世界最大のワイン教育機関、WSETにSAKEコースが創設された時のお話を伺ったときは、まさに日本酒が世界に羽ばたき始めた瞬間を見させていただいた気がいたしました。
講義中、ファイナリストの皆様は熱心にメモを取っており、講義後は平出様への質問が絶えないほどでした。平出様のお話を通じて、ファイナリストの皆様の「日本酒を世界へ」という思いが一層強くなったのではないかと思います。

第3講、2016 Miss SAKE 田中沙百合さんによる『「道」について』の講義では、田中さんが意識しておられたナデシコプログラムを受けるにあたる心構えや、実際にMiss SAKEに選ばれてからの経験とその中で得たことのお話をうかがいました。3歳から剣道を始められた田中さんは、剣道の「残心」と「礼」という言葉に沿って、「油断せず、今この状況に存在できていることへの感謝を忘れずにナデシコプログラムを受講してほしい」と仰いました。その熱意あるお言葉だけではなく、パワフルに笑顔でお話しされる田中さんにファイナリストの皆様も心が動かされた様子でした。

更に、田中さんは実際に2016 Miss SAKEとして活動された際の厳しかった経験、楽しかった経験についてもお話ししてくださいました。具体的な活動内容をうかがえたことで、ファイナリストの皆様の当事者意識が一層強くなったのではないかと思います。実際に、講義後には質問が急増し、皆様積極的に参加されているように感じました。

そして私自身も、田中さんの講義を通じ、今自分が立たせていただいている立場の有難さとその責務を再認識させていただきました。2019 Miss SAKE 準グランプリとしての任期を全うさせていただくことはもちろん、2020 Miss SAKEファイナリストの皆様にも、新しいMiss SAKEの歴史を紡いでいっていただきたいと存じます。

Hello, everyone.
I am Namika Tsukahara, 2019 Miss SAKE runner-up.

On January 26th, the fifth Nadeshiko Program was held in Tokyo and I joined it with 2020 Miss SAKE finalists.

In the fifth program, we had a furisode-dressing program by Ms. Masami Maei, “ Building Nation by Tourism through Sake” lesson by Ms. Yoshie Hiraide, and “About Michi” by Miss Sayuri Tanaka, 2016 Miss SAKE Japan.

During the dressing lesson, the finalists dressed furisode by themselves. Although many of them had never experienced dressing furisode by themselves before, they did it very well.
I felt they tried to do their bests because they taught how to dress it to each other and took notes to master dressing. They will have many opportunities to dress furisode by themselves after the final competition, which will be held in March, so I hope they continue to practice dressing furisode at home.

During the “Building Nation by Tourism through Sake” lesson, we learned how Ms. Hiraide noticed that sake had a power to make local areas in Japan famous and what she did to achieve her goal to establish SAKE course in WSET(Wine and Spirit Education Trust.)
She thought that sake breweries could be sight seeing spots like famous wine fields because sake is made from local rice and local clean water. I was impressed when she told us a story of the moment when SAKE course was made in WSET, which is one of the biggest wine education institutions.
During the lesson, the finalists took notes eagerly. I am sure that they realized how important it is to spread the charms of sake to the world.

In the last lesson by Miss Sayuri Tanaka, 2016 Miss SAKE Japan, she taught us what we should prepare ourselves for taking Nadeshiko Program and she told us her great or difficult experiences she had when she was Miss SAKE Japan. She gave us these words: You must be prepared all the time and please do not forget to appreciate your opportunities to take this amazing program. It seemed the finalists was deeply moved by not only these words but also the powerful and vividly ways she spoke.
Furthermore, she told us her experiences as Miss SAKE Japan in details. Thanks to this, the finalists strongly realized that they were members of Miss SAKE.

Through the third lesson, I myself realized that I had to appreciate what I had as 2019 Miss SAKE runner-up and I thought I should not forget my duties and responsibility. I will keep doing my best as 2019 Miss SAKE runner-up, and I also hope that 2020 Miss SAKE finalists will make new history of Miss SAKE.
