皆さま、こんにちは。2025 Miss SAKE Japan 館農知里です。6/14(土) 大阪南港 ATCホールにて開催された「國酒フェア 2025」に、2025 Miss SAKE 準グランプリ 弭間花菜とともに参加させていただきました。
「國酒フェア」は、日本各地の日本酒・焼酎・泡盛が一堂に会する、国内最大規模の試飲イベントです。今回は初の大阪開催となり、多くの来場者で賑わいました。蔵元の皆さまと直接交流しながら多彩な銘酒を味わえるだけでなく、ユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録された「伝統的酒造り」をテーマにしたセミナーや体験ブースも充実しており、日本の國酒文化を楽しみながら学べる貴重な機会となりました。
今回は、イベント開幕に先立ち、日本酒造組合中央会 大倉治彦会長、高橋光宏副会長とともに開会式でのテープカットにも参加させていただきました。その後は、「はじめての日本酒体験コーナー」や「English Information Desk」で来場者の皆さまと交流しつつ、各都道府県の酒造組合ブースも訪問させていただきました。
特に、会場に訪れた方々と直接コミュニケーションを取らせていただく中で、それぞれの方が持つ「酒への想い」に触れる貴重な機会となりました。蔵元の皆さまからは、地域の自然の恵みを生かした酒造りへのこだわりや、伝統的な職人技に込めた想いを直接伺うことができました。多くの蔵元様が地域貢献を重視される姿勢をもたれていることが印象的でした。また、酒を愛する来場者の皆さまが、年齢や立場を超えて、酒を交わし合いながら蔵元の方々やその場で隣り合わせたお客様同士でコミュニケーションを取られる場面も見られ、日本酒の持つ「人と人とを繋ぐ力」を再認識する素晴らしい時間となりました。
今回の「國酒フェア2025」は、私にとってMiss SAKEとしての就任後、初の公式イベント参加となりました。「日本酒を広めるために頑張ってね」という蔵元の皆さまからのお言葉や、「Miss SAKEの活動応援しています」といった温かい声援に励まされ、改めて「國酒」の魅力を世界へ発信していくという決意が強まりました。

[Brief summary in English]Hello everyone, I’m Chisato Tateno, 2025 Miss SAKE Japan.
On June 14th, I had the pleasure of attending “Kokushu Fair 2025” held at the ATC Hall in Osaka’s Nanko area, together with Kana Hazuma, the 2025 Miss SAKE Runner-up.
This large-scale event brought together sake, shochu, and awamori producers from across Japan, and was held in Osaka for the first time. It offered a rare opportunity to taste a wide variety of regional brews while directly engaging with the brewers themselves. The fair also featured informative seminars and interactive booths focused on “traditional sake brewing,” a practice recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
At the opening ceremony, I joined Mr. Haruhiko Okura, Chairman of the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association, and Vice Chairman Mr. Mitsuhiro Takahashi for the ribbon cutting. During the event, I interacted with guests at booths such as the “First-Time Sake Experience Corner” and the “English Information Desk,” and visited local brewer booths from all across Japan.
I was deeply encouraged by the warm messages of support I received throughout the event. This experience has only strengthened my commitment to sharing the charm of Japan’s traditional “Kokushu” with the world. I look forward to continuing this journey and hope you’ll follow along with our future activities.
