花の舞酒造様 2023年忘年会ライブ配信スペシャル！ Hananomai Brewery 2023 Year-End Party Live Streaming Special! [*English follows]
皆さん、こんにちは。2023 Miss SAKE 静岡 古橋花菜です。
花の舞酒造様にて、忘年会ライブ配信にゲストとして出演させていただきました。
名誉杜氏の土田一仁様やディレクターの黒柳雅之様をはじめとする番組スタッフの皆様と日本酒についてお話ししたり、今年一年を振り返ったりしました。大変賑やかな忘年会ライブの様子は、ディレクターズカット版にてYouTubeからご覧いただけます。
At the year-end party live streaming at Hananomai Brewery, I joined as a guest.
We talked about sake and looked back on this year with honorary chief brewer Kazuhito Tsuchida, director Masayuki Kuroyanagi, and other program staff. You can watch a director’s cut version of year-end party live on YouTube.

乾杯酒に選ばれたのは、小仕込み専用酒蔵「吟醸蔵」で製造された純米大吟醸「小仕込み原酒」です。
ライブ配信当日に発売開始ということで、いち早くこちらのお酒をいただきました。
地元契約農家の山田錦を50％まで磨きをかけ、雑味がなくお米の味をしっかりと感じることができます。口の中に広がるフルーティーな味わいが印象的で、衝撃が走るほどの美味しさを存分に堪能させていただきました。
こちらは、花の舞酒造本店・花の舞酒造エキマチ店・地元の百貨店や専門店にて720mlを300本限定で販売されました。
The sake selected for the toast was the junmai daiginjo “Koshikomi Genshu,” produced at Ginjo-kura, a sake brewery dedicated to small-scale brewing in Hananomai.
Since it was released on the day of the live broadcast, I was able to try to have this sake earlier.
Yamada Nishiki from a local contracted farmer is polished to 50%, so you can enjoy the full flavor of the rice without any unpleasant tastes. The fruity taste that spread in my mouth was impressive, and I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing taste.
This was sold in a limited edition of 300 bottles of 720ml at Hananomai Brewery main store, Hananomai Brewery Eki-machi store, local department stores and specialty stores.

他にも「限定純米大吟醸」「山田錦純米吟醸」「超辛口純米酒」「辛口純米にごり原酒」「本醸造つう」等、忘年会の席に並んだ花の舞酒造様のお酒をご紹介いただきました。

お客様は味に敏感で、少しの変化にも気付いていただけるそうです。お客様に喜んでもらうために対話を大切にし、“ブレないお酒”を作り続けることを意識しつつ酒造りをされてきました。
Customers are sensitive to taste and will notice even the slightest change. In order to please the customers, he value to have communication with the customers and have been conscious of continuing to make “stable taste” while brewing sake.
“3年熟成させるとハチミツのような香りで甘味が出る” “気に入ったお酒をもう一本購入して来年まで待ち飲み比べてみる”等、一風変わった楽しみ方やペアリングのお食事を土田名誉杜氏に教えていただきました。
Interesting ways to enjoy sake and food pairings were taught to us by Honorary Chief Brewer Tsuchida such as “When aged for 3 years, it becomes sweet with a honey-like aroma,” and “Purchase another bottle of your favorite sake and wait until next year.”
