みなさま、こんにちは。2021 Miss SAKE 愛知の松崎未侑です。

5月26日～5月28日に坪井花苑様で開催された芍薬フェアの最終日に、2021 Miss SAKE 愛知からグランプリ 松崎未侑と準グランプリ 塚原百香がナビゲーターとして参加させていただきました。

名古屋で最大手の生花店さんといえば坪井花苑様です。

百貨店や高級ホテルなどにも店舗を構える、商品の質の高さにこだわった名店です。

実は愛知大会のスポンサーさまで、会場のお花や受賞の花束をご提供くださいました。

「立てば芍薬座れば牡丹歩く姿は百合の花」のことわざでも、【美の象徴】として使われている芍薬のお花。

ボタン科の芍薬はアジアが原産で、着物の柄にも使われるなど日本文化にも深いつながりがある品種です。

当日は、イベントに合わせて牡丹の刺繍が入った着物を合わせて伺いしました。

今年で14回目を迎える芍薬フェアは毎年大変人気のフェアで、普段以上に「滅多に見られない希少な品種」まで揃い、お得にお買い求めいただけるフェアとなっております。

開花時期は5〜6月と、まさに今が旬の芍薬。

当日撮影したYouTube動画では、芍薬を長く楽しむポイントについてご紹介させて頂き、完成動画は後日以下の坪井花苑様Youtubeチャンネルに掲載されます。

豪華なお花で存在感のある芍薬はもちろんですが、店内には旬の紫陽花をはじめとして美しいお花と甘い香りが漂っており、大変癒される空間でした。

専務取締役坪井清滋様をはじめとして、プロモーションに関わってくださったスタッフの皆様に厚く御礼申し上げます。

Miyu Matsuzaki and Momoka Tsukahara from 2021 Miss SAKE Aichi participated in the Peony Fair held at Florist Tsuboi on May 28th.

One of the biggest flower shops in Nagoya is Florist Tsuboi.

They have stores in department stores and high class hotels with their quality products.

As a matter of fact, they were the sponsor of the Miss SAKE Aichi Competition, providing us with the flowers for the venue and the bouquets for the awards!

The peony flower is recognized as a symbol of beauty with a famous Japanese saying.

The peony flower is native to Asia and has a deep connection to Japanese culture as it is used as a pattern for kimonos.

For the event, I wore kimonos embroidered with peonies.

The Peony Fair, celebrated its 14th time this year, is very popular every year.

You can find various varieties of peonies including some that are rarely seen.

You can buy them at a discount during this fair as well.

Peonies are in bloom from May to June, so they are in season right now.

In addition to the gorgeous peonies, the store was filled with beautiful flowers and sweet scents, including hydrangeas, which are in season, making it a very relaxing place.
