2017 ミス日本酒の田中梨乃です。
大宮ソニックシティ国際会議室にて開催されました「埼玉地酒応援団 新春の集い」に、2018 ミス日本酒 埼玉代表の武田紗和子さんと共に参加して参りました。
埼玉県知であられる上田清司様、団長であられる都筑信様、酒造組合会長であられる小山景市様のご挨拶に始まり、埼玉県酒造組合 春日部支部の方々による地域紹介がステージにて行われました。
私達はステージにて、副団長であられる武井和人様と共に乾杯の音頭をとらせて頂きました。
また、多くのご来場者様にお声がけを頂き、記念撮影やお話しをさせて頂きました。
会場では、清酒出荷量全国第4位の酒どころである埼玉県内35の蔵元の地酒や、県産の食材を使用したお料理がずらりと並んでおりました。
180名のご来場者様は、埼玉県のお酒とお料理のペアリングを存分に堪能されておりました。

Hello, everyone.
This is Rino Tanaka, 2017 Miss Sake.
I have joined the “meeting of Saitama local sake supporting team 2018 spring” which was held at Omiya Sonic City International Conference Room with Ms. Sawako Takeda of 2018 Miss Sake Saitama representative.
Greetings from Mr. Kiyoshi Ueda, Saitama Prefecture Governor, Mr. Shin Tsuzuki, the leader of the team, and Mr. Keiichi Koyama, the chairman of the brewery association, were followed by a regional introduction by Saitama prefecture sake brewery association Kasukabe branch on stage.
We made a toast with Mr. Kazuto Takei, the vice-leader at the stage.
In addition, we had many opportunities to talk with many visitors and take a photo.
At the venue, there was sake from 35 sake breweries from Saitama prefecture, the 4th prefecture in Japan in terms of sake production amount, and also many dishes using local ingredients.
180 visitors seemed to be fully enjoying the pairing of sake and cuisine from Saitama prefecture.
