2023 Miss SAKE Kotoko Yamada and 2022 Miss SAKE Runner-up Saki Yokota introduced all 13 Sake breweries in Kanagawa at The 46th Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

家の周りで、秋祭りの太鼓の音が聞こえるようになりました9月14日、ヨコハマグランドインターコンチネンタル ボールルームにて開催されました第46回日本美容外科学会総会・第148回学術集会 懇親会に2023 Miss SAKE 山田琴子と、2022 Miss SAKE 準グランプリ 横田早紀が伺いました。
懇親会では、神奈川県酒造組合より神奈川県全13蔵の日本酒が揃い、Miss SAKEは、こちらの日本酒ブースにての神奈川の日本酒のご紹介とおもてなしのお手伝いをさせていただきました。
3月のファイナリストに選出いただいた時より大変お世話になっている大好きな神奈川県の日本酒をご紹介できるということで、神奈川代表としてご招待いただき大変光栄でした。
神奈川県酒造組合の会長でいらっしゃる黄金井康巳様は、形成外科のお医者様でもあったというご経歴があり、この度第4 6 回日本美容外科学会総会 懇親会に神奈川県の日本酒でおもてなしを行うというご縁をいただきました。
第46回日本美容外科学会総会・第148回学術集会は、北里大学医学部 形成外科・美容外科学 主任教授の武田 啓様が会長として行われました。
この学会は、日本形成外科学会のサブスペシャルティ学会の一つとして美容医療についての学術研究や国際交流を行っていらっしゃいます。
今学会では、「幸せを生む美容外科-Safe, Effective, Affordable」をテーマとして掲げ、安全で効果的な治療法、そしてより身近な美容医療について議論し追求する場として多くの方が参加されておりました。
当日、懇親会の司会は北里大学医学部 形成外科・美容外科学 杉本佳香様が行いました。懇親会には、大変多くの関係者の皆様がいらっしゃっており、会は晴天の中、和やかに始まりました。
乾杯は、大阪大学医学部形成外科元教授、現在独立行政法人地域医療機能推進機構大阪みなと中央病院 院長の細川 亙様により行われました。
その後、日本ウクライナ芸術協会の代表でもいらっしゃり、現在ウクライナ音楽家支援コンサートを各地で開催されている澤田 智恵様と、ピアニストのデニス・ヤヴォールスキー様によるミニコンサートが行われました。可憐なバイオリンにのせたウクライナへの支援の想いは演奏を聞いている私たちの胸に響きました。美しいバイオリンの音色に、参加されていた皆様も聞き入っておられました。
澤田様は、10月にもコンサートを行われるそうです。
澤田様の演奏ののち、私達Miss SAKEより活動のご紹介と、本日の日本酒のご説明、そして神奈川県酒造組合 会長 黄金井康巳様が蔵元でいらっしゃる黄金井酒造様について私の訪問の経験談を踏まえてお話をさせていただきました。

日本酒ブースには沢山の先生方が集まってくださいました。
中には、神奈川13蔵の日本酒を全部飲み比べてくださる方もおり、先生方に神奈川県の日本酒への関心をもっていただけて、大変嬉しかったです。
台湾よりいらっしゃっていた、医師の張松源様からは、「こんなに美味しい日本酒は初めていただいた」とお言葉をいただき、とても誇らしかったです。

Hello everyone,
I’m 2023 Miss SAKE Kotoko Yamada.
On September 14th, 2023, I had the pleasure of attending the The 46th Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Reception held at the Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Ballroom along with 2022 Miss SAKE Runner-up Saki Yokota.
During the reception, we had the honor of introducing and assisting with the sake presentation from all 13 sake breweries in Kanagawa Prefecture, organized by the Kanagawa Sake Brewers Association.
It was a significant privilege for me to represent Kanagawa, a place that I’ve cherished since being selected as a finalist back in March. The Chairman of the Kanagawa Sake Brewers Association, Mr. Yasumi Koganei, who is also a distinguished plastic surgeon, extended this unique opportunity to serve Kanagawa sake at this event.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Takeda, Professor and Chief of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the School of Medicine, Kitasato University.
This conference serves as a platform for academic research and international exchange in the field of aesthetic medicine, as a sub-specialty society of the Japan Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
During this year’s meeting, the theme was “Creating Happiness through Aesthetic Surgery – Safe, Effective, Affordable.” It was a forum for discussions on safe and effective treatments and making aesthetic medicine more accessible to all.
Dr. Sugimoto, a Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery specialist from Kitasato University School of Medicine was the MC for the night. It was a delightful evening with many attendees, held under clear skies.
Dr. Kou Hosokawa, Former Professor of Plastic Surgery at Osaka University Medical School and current Director of Osaka Minato Central Hospital, conducted the toast.
Following the toast, we were treated to a mini-concert by Ms. Chie Sawada, the representative of the Japan-Ukraine Art Association, and pianist Mr. Denis Yavorsky. Their performance, set against the backdrop of supporting Ukraine through music, was deeply moving and resonated with everyone present. Ms. Sawada mentioned that she will be holding another concert in October.
After Ms. Sawada’s performance, we, the Miss SAKE representatives, introduced ourselves and shared details about our activities. We also had the opportunity to explain and present the various Kanagawa sakes to the distinguished guests, who showed great interest in learning more about them.

We had the privilege of sharing insights about each sake’s flavor profile, the philosophies of the breweries, and my personal experiences visiting Koganei Sake Brewery.
