先日、東京都福生市石川酒造にて2024 Miss SAKE India大会へのプロモーション動画の撮影をいたしました。

＜石川酒造でのPR動画撮影＞

この度のPRビデオ撮影では、インドと日本を繋ぐ『Connect India Japan』にて情報発信を様々な媒体にて行われておりますヌプール・テワリ様、そして2024 Miss SAKE India大会のオーガナイザーであります本多様、そして石川酒造 社長の石川彌八郎聖豊様とご一緒に行いました。

当日の福生市は快晴で、雲ひとつない、大変温かい撮影日和でした。

撮影は、石川酒造様の本蔵の中や、売店「酒世羅」、玉川上水から生活用水としてひかれた熊川分水や、多摩自慢を醸している仕込み水、樹齢400年を超える夫婦欅など様々な場所で行いました。

動画の中では、日本酒をまだ知らないインドの方向けに日本酒の歴史や、お米の精米歩合について、大吟醸や純米などの種類について私からお話をさせていただきました。その後、石川酒造 社長の石川彌八郎聖豊様より石川酒造の歴史や、酒造内にあります麦酒釜の館のお話を伺いました。

石川酒造での撮影ののち、石川酒造の横にございます宿泊施設のゲストハウス 酒坊多満自慢にて撮影を行いました。

I’m Kotoko Yamada, 2023 Miss SAKE Japan. 

Today, I’m excited to share updates with you from the recent promotional video shoot for the 2024 Miss SAKE India contest at Ishikawa Sake Brewery in Fussa City, Tokyo.

As mentioned earlier, the 2024 Miss SAKE India contest is scheduled to be held in Mumbai, India, on February 9, 2024.

<PR Video Shoot at Ishikawa Sake Brewery>

The PR video shoot took place in collaboration with ‘Connect India Japan,’ which promotes information exchange between India and Japan. I had the pleasure of shooting the video with Ms. Nupur Tiwari, from Connect India Japan, Mr. Honda, the organizer of the 2024 Miss SAKE India contest, and Mr. Ishikawa the president of Ishikawa Sake Brewery. 

We were blessed with clear skies and warm weather in Fussa City on the day of the shoot.

The shooting locations included Ishikawa Sake Brewery’s main brewery, the “Sakesera” shop, the Kumagawa river used for living water, the brewing water sourced from the Tama River, and the couple’s zelkova tree, which is over 400 years old.

In the video, I shared information about Japanese sake, its history, the polishing ratio of rice, and the various types such as Daiginjo and Junmai, targeting those in India who may not be familiar with Japanese sake. 

Following that, Mr. Ishikawa, the president of Ishikawa Sake Brewery, shared the history of the brewery and discussed the Beer Kettle Hall, a facility within the brewery.

After the shoot at Ishikawa Sake Brewery, we continued filming at the adjacent guesthouse, “Sakubo tamajiman.”
