10月1日「日本酒の日」に開催されました日本酒造組合中央会様主催『オンラインで #全国一斉日本酒で乾杯！2021』に進行アシスタント・パネラーとして出演いたしました。
これから益々日本酒が美味しくなる季節でもあり、お米の収穫も始まり、日本酒の仕込みが本格的に始まる10月1日。
日本酒の日の催しとして毎年開催される『全国一斉 日本酒で乾杯！』は、新型コロナ感染症の予防対策として、昨年に続きオンラインにて開催されました。
催しは全国・世界を繋ぐ様々なプログラムが用意されており見所盛り沢山です。
日本酒業界の先駆者の方々との『日本酒のフューチャーデザイン』パネルディスカッション、鏡開き、SNSでも活躍する日本酒応援隊の皆様、愛媛県、大分県、香港との中継や、京都伏見と繋いでの日本酒造組合中央会会長 大倉治彦様の掛け声による『全国一斉 日本酒で乾杯！』カウントダウン。
そして、日本酒造組合中央会 需要開発委員会委員長 七田謙介様によアイキャッチ画像を設定る『思いやり飲酒』『2021 オンライン日本酒フェア』『国酒デジタルミュージアム』のご紹介等がございました。
例年は鏡開きのセレモニーのみに参加をさせていただくのですが、今年はイベント開始17時半のスタートから20時半まで全プログラムに参加させていただきました。
パネルディスカッションのコーナーでは、内閣府のプロジェクトにも関わる価値デザイナー 渡邉賢一様、兵庫県西宮市にある酒ミュージアム 館長 弾正原佐和様、ポッドキャスト番組「Sake On Air」ホスト兼(株) PASSERELLEパスレル代表取締役 ルモアンヌ・セバスチャン様とご一緒させていただきました。
日本酒は飲み物としての価値があるだけではなく、歴史的、文化的、学術的、精神的意味の結晶です。
さらには、長い歴史をかけて先人がこだわり、追究した酒造りを元に、まちづくりや地域経済への還元を行って人々の暮らしを支えてきたものだと言うこと。
また、今後の私達の精神性を高めるための意味となり得、日本全国が都市の規模に関わらずに繁栄していくための核にもなりうる存在だと言うことを学びました。
乾杯には、神様の前で皆が心を一つにする願いが込められています。
この度は『オンラインで#全国一斉日本酒で乾杯！2021』に参加させて頂き、世界的に日本酒の日を祝う方々の様子が見受けられ、オンラインで一斉に乾杯をすることで、心の底から繋がることへの喜びを感じられました。
司会は2018 Miss SAKE 準グランプリでもあり、MC、女優でもある児玉アメリア彩さま。
初対面でしたが、控室では本番のアドバイス等をくださるなど優しく対応してくださり、本番でもプロのフォローや臨機応変な対応力に助けていただきました。
Miss SAKE OGとして、一人の女性として、プロ意識を持って仕事に取り組み、ご親切に気遣いをしてくださる姿に、尊敬と憧れの思いを抱きました。
いつの時も変わらず私たちを魅了してくれる日本酒を美味しくいただけることへの感謝を忘れずに、「日本酒で乾杯」の輪を日本全国へ、そして世界へと広めてゆけますよう、Miss SAKEとして今後も精進して参りたいと思っております。
オンラインで全国、全世界からご参加くださいました皆様、そして関係者の皆様、この度は誠に有難うございました。

Hi everyone, I’m Miyu Matsuzaki from 2021 Miss SAKE.
I appeared as an assistant facilitator and a panelist in the “Cheers to Sake Day 2021, Live Streaming on YouTube” hosted by the Japan Sake Brewers Association on October 1st.
This is the season when sake becomes more and more delicious, the rice harvest begins and the sake brewing process starts in earnest on the 1st of October. The annual Sake Day event, “Cheers to Sake!” was held online as a precaution against the new corona pandemic.
We had various sections such as a panel discussion on “Future Design of Sake” with experts related to the sake industry.
The event will also feature a Kagamibiraki, a live broadcast of the event from Ehime, Oita and Hong Kong.
Mr. Haruhiko Okura, Chairman of the Central Association of Sake Brewers of Japan, called out “Cheers to Sake all over Japan!” countdown.
Mr. Kensuke Nanada, Chairman of the Demand Development Committee of the Japan Sake Brewers Association, introduced “Caring Drinking”, “2021 Online Sake Fair” and “Kokushu (Japanese Sake) Digital Museum”.
In previous years we have only been able to attend the Kagamibiraki ceremony.
This year, however, I was honored to participate in the entire program from the start of the event at from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.
I had the pleasure of participating in the “Online #Toast to SAKE 2021”, where I saw people celebrating Sake Day all over the world, and I felt the joy of connecting with people from the bottom of my heart by toasting them all together online.
We, Miss SAKE will continue to do our best to spread the circle of “Cheers with Sake” throughout Japan and the world, without forgetting to be grateful for the taste of sake, which has always fascinated us.
We would like to thank everyone who participated online from all over the country and the world, as well as all the people involved.
