皆様こんにちは。2018 ミス日本酒の須藤亜紗実です。11月20日、ゴーゴーカレー大手町本社にて開催されたゴーゴーカレーグループ様社員懇親会・試食会に参加して参りました。
金沢カレーでおなじみの「ゴーゴーカレー」は日本全国及び海外にも多数の店舗を構えていらっしゃる、人気カレー専門店でいらっしゃいます。この度は株式会社 ゴーゴーカレーグループ代表取締役 宮森宏和様にご縁を頂戴し、ゴーゴーカレーグループ社員懇親会・試食会に参加させて頂きました。

ゴーゴーカレーの人気のヒミツは、55の工程を5時間かけてじっくり煮込んだ特製オリジナル・ルーにあるのだそうです。そしてその特製ルーを55時間寝かし旨みを熟成させ、お客様に日々提供されているのだそうです。まさに『55』づくしのこだわりの詰まった金沢カレーは、サクサクに揚げられたカツとの相性が抜群で、大変美味しく頂戴いたしました。そしてこの日は石川県のお燗酒とカツとのペアリングも楽しませて頂き、新たな発見に満ちた楽しいひと時を過ごさせて頂きました。
今後もしかするとミス日本酒と「ゴーゴーカレー」とのコラボレーションが何らかの形で実現に至るかもしれません。私自身もその時が来ることを心より楽しみにしております。 宮森社長をはじめ、ゴーゴーカレーグループ社員の皆様、この度は素敵な時間を誠に有り難うございました。

Hello, everyone. This is Asami Sudo, 2018 Miss SAKE. On November 20th, I visited the head office of GO GO CURRY GROUP CO.,LTD. and joined the social gathering of the employees.
GO GO CURRY is a Japanese popular curry restaurant to serve Kanazawa-style curry and rice. GO GO CURRY GROUP CO.,LTD. have more than 60 shops throughout Japan and about 10 shops in the U.S. They run the shops within and outside Japan, with the philosophy to make the world happier with curry rice.
On the day, we had a chance to eat “the curry rice with pork cutlet,” which is the signature dish of GO GO CURRY. The curry is made through 55 steps within 5 hours, and stewed for 55 hours to make the taste richer. So, it’s literally and undoubtedly 55 (GO GO) curry!
Actually, on the day, I ate the GO GO CURRY for the first time, but the crispy texture of cutlet and rich taste of curry match very well. With delicious curry and nice people there, I had a really great time.
